Angela Handran brings more than 12 years of public-sector leadership experience in business operations, policy implementation, and organizational management. Raised in Coos Bay and a fourth-generation Oregonian, Angela has a lifelong appreciation for Oregon's forests and outdoor spaces. She is passionate about public service and believes informed, engaged communities are built through education, collaboration, and responsible stewardship.

 Angela holds an MBA from Marylhurst University, a bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Communication from Montana State University Billings, and is a Senior Certified Professional (PSHRA-SCP) through the Public Sector Human Resources Association (PSHRA).
